Frank Ryan is the Founder of Ryan’s Law Offices, originally established as Rossi & Ryan in 1970 following his admission to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1969. With more than 46 years of continuous practice, Frank has built a distinguished reputation for integrity, dedication, and a pragmatic approach to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. As an Accredited Specialist in Business Law, he brings deep expertise across commercial transactions, corporate structuring, and business advisory matters. Over the decades, Frank has represented a diverse client base—ranging from small and medium enterprises to long-standing individual clients—many of whom have remained with the firm for generations.​ In addition to his extensive legal practice, Frank has played a significant mentoring role, guiding and supporting numerous junior solicitors who have since gone on to establish successful legal careers, including acting as a mentor to our Principal Solicitor, Aisha Sahinbas.​ Outside the office, Frank is an avid golfer and enjoys the camaraderie and strategy of the game.
Aisha Sahinbas | Principal Lawyer

Aisha Sahinbas is admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and brings a wealth of experience from her work with mid to top-tier law firms, an Ombudsman, and major Australian banking institution. Her practice spans commercial litigation, property and leasing matters, and estate planning, with a particular focus on achieving practical and strategic outcomes for her clients. Aisha is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates, and also acts in building disputes, debt recovery, commercial leasing, employment law and general civil litigation. A dedicated advocate for the community, Aisha has volunteered with various community legal centres for over a decade, working with disadvantaged and vulnerable clients. Her extensive involvement with not-for-profit organisations has instilled a lifelong commitment to social justice and client-centred practice. Fluent in Turkish, Aisha serves clients from the firm’s North Fitzroy office, her home office in Melbourne’s South East, and is also available for consultations via Zoom.
Aisha has just successfully completed the Professional Course in Notarial Services at the Sir Zelman Cowan Centre and is due to be admitted as a Public Notary in the upcoming year.
Tahereh Rouhipour | Solicitor

Tahereh Rouhipour is a Solicitor at Ryans Law Offices, practising primarily in commercial law, civil disputes and wills and estates. Tahereh’s professional background includes experience across private practice, where she developed a strong understanding of client needs and the importance of accessibility in legal services. Diligent and approachable, Tahereh is committed to achieving efficient and fair outcomes for her clients. Fluent in Farsi, Tahereh is dedicated to serving clients from diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy.
Katie Camilleri | Conveyancer
With over 27 years of experience in property and business transactions, Katie Camilleri brings extensive knowledge and precision to every matter she handles. Her expertise covers residential and commercial property sales and purchases, business acquisitions, subdivisions, and off-the-plan developments. Highly efficient and detail-oriented, Katie manages all types of property transactions and provides comprehensive conveyancing and contract advice under the guidance of Principal Solicitor, Aisha Sahinbas. Fluent in Italian, Katie assists a diverse range of clients and is recognised for her approachable manner and commitment to achieving smooth, timely settlements.
Terrisa Zafiriou | Law Clerk

Terrisa commenced employment with Ryan’s Law Offices in 2012 as a Legal Secretary and Personal Assistant. A dedicated and long-standing member of the team, Terrisa combines her vibrant personality, strong organisational skills, and extensive experience in corporate and customer service environments to provide exceptional support to both clients and practitioners.
Terrisa is also a talented make-up artist and successfully operates her own beauty services business outside of her legal career. Fluent in Vietnamese, Terrisa assists a broad range of clients with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

Lucy is one of the longest-serving members of Ryan’s Law Offices, having been with the firm for over 30 years. With her extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of legal processes, Lucy provides invaluable support across all areas of the practice, assisting solicitors and clients with diligence and care. Renowned for her professionalism and warm approach, Lucy has built lasting relationships with clients over the decades and is highly regarded for her reliability and attention to detail.
Lucy is fluent in Arabic, Italian, Greek, and English, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the firm’s inclusive and community-focused culture.
